Green Chutney is a spicy Indian-style dip that we all Indians love to have with snacks. There are two types of green chutney made in India first one is Dhania (coriander) Chutney, the second one is Pudhina Chutney (Mint Chutney). In this blog post, I am going to talk about Coriander Chutney.

Coriander or Green Chutney is so easy and quick recipe that chutney is commonly made in my house. There is no need for any special occasions for making this chutney. In India, this Coriander Chutney is easily found on every single chaat corner, a street vendor. This green chutney goes great with any snacks like Gobi Pakora, Aloo Samosa, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Dahi Bhalle Chaat or you can also take this Chutney with sandwiches even with Parantha. This Coriander Chutney is delicious with anything you like.


For Making this Green Chutney, all you need is fresh coriander leaves, ginger, onions, green chilli, fresh peas, and salt. Fresh peas make chutney more green but it’s optional. There are different ways of making Coriander Chutney, it depends on the taste of the person. At last just simply grind all ingredients and chutney is ready to enjoy with your favorite snack.

How to make dhania chutney at home

Ingredients

  • 250 gm Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Diced Onion
  • 3-4 Green Chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Some Fresh Peas
  • salt (as per taste)

Instructions

  • For making green chutney, rinse fresh coriander leaves, 2 diced onions, 4-5 green chilli, 1 inch ginger, and some peas in the basket.
  • Now add all ingredients in blender jar and add some water in it.
  • Blend it. After that, add salt (as per taste), and blend it again.
  • Now, Coriander Chutney is now ready to enjoy with Samosa, Pakore whatever you like to have.
