Masala Sweet Corn Chaat is a simple and lip-smacking snack that you can make it in a few minutes. This is also a popular street food in India because it is a healthy and tasty snack option. Different flavors of sweetcorn are available on street food carts. It depends on your taste, and what kind of flavor you like the most in sweetcorn.
Here I am going to share a recipe for Masala Sweetcorn. You can adjust the spice level of masala corn if you want to serve this masala corn to your kid, otherwise, it is good to go with a spicy one. Personally, I love little spicy sweetcorn because as we all know corn has a bit sweet in taste with coated spicy masala that will enhance the flavor of masala corn.
The most important thing to keep in mind before serving this corn chaat is that you should always serve it hot or warm, not at room temperature or cold. Corn always gives good taste when it’s hot.
In this Masala Corn, I am using some basic spices and white butter to make it tasty. But if you are using frozen Sweetcorn in this chaat then just washed it with lukewarm water then boil it for 5 minutes.
So, this Masala Corn Recipe is so tasty and easy to make. I hope you like and try this recipe and share your experience in the comment section below.
