Aam Panna Recipe is a refreshing Indian drink that is mostly made in the summer season. As you know the summer season is going on, everyone likes to be feel refreshed with some quick and tasty drink. So, this Aam ka Panna is really helpful. This cooler drink is made only in the summer season because the main ingredient of aam Panna is Raw Mango. It is easily available with vegetable vendors during the summer season.
The taste of Aam ka Panna is a little sour and sweet. You can also make it salty but I like sweet and sour. This Aam ka Panna is so easy to make and it doesn’t take a lot of time and most importantly you can also store it in a cool and dry place for around 10 days.
Here I am going to share a recipe of Aam Panna. Whenever summer season are starting over, Aam ka Panna is ready at my home. Aam Panna is my favorite summer drink. It is a healthy and tasty beverage that you can make at your home.
For making this Aam ka Panna, all you need is raw mango or Kairi you can say it. It is green in color and light yellowish from the inside. Firstly, peel the skin of raw mango, then roughly cut it and cook it in the pressure cooker until it soft or you can also wait for 1 whistle. When raw mango is completely cooked then add sugar in it and blend it with the help of a blender and then strain it. After that add some spices, mix all the ingredients, and add ice cubes into it and enjoy it in hot summers. It is so simple and quick cooler drink.

Aam Panna
Ingredients
- 4 Kairi (Raw Mango)
- 1½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp Bhuna Jeera (Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder)
- ½ tbsp Kala Namak (Black Salt)
- ½ tbsp Kali Mirch (Black Pepper)
- Salt (as per taste)
Instructions
- Firstly, peel the skin of raw mango or kairi and roughly cut it.
- Now, add 2 glass of water in the pressure cooker and add cut raw mango into it. Wait for 1 whistle.
- When kairi (raw mango) is completely cooked then add 1½ cup of sugar in it.
- Blend it well.
- After blending, strain it.
- Now add 1 tbsp of Bhuna Jeera (Cumin seeds), ½ tbsp of Black pepper, ½ tbsp of Black Salt, and salt to taste.
- Mix it well, transfer into different bottle and store it in cool and dry place.
- Serve it cool by adding some ice cubes into it.
How to make Aam Panna step by step with photos

- Mix it well, transfer into a different bottle, and store it in a cool and dry place.
- Serve it cool by adding half water and half of this Aam Panna syrup and some ice cubes into it.
