Chole Kulche is the most common street food in North India, especially in Delhi and Amritsar. Amritsari Kulche is also quite popular in all over India. In Delhi, Chole is also called as Matar. You can easily find roadside stalls of Chole Kulche or Matar Kulche in the streets of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana. You can have Chole Kulche whenever you want. Kulcha is a soft flatbread that is made of maida (all-purpose flour). It is so easy to make at home but here I am using readymade Kulche for this Chole Kulche recipe. Readymade Kulche is also available in the market of different brands just like other bread. You just simply toast it on Tava with butter. It becomes soft after toasting.
But on this blog post, I am going to share the recipe of Cholle that tastes delicious along with Kulche. It so easy to make but before making it you have to soak Cholle overnight or at least for 7-8 hours. This Cholle recipe is healthy and tasty and also so easy to make. This Chole recipe is thick in consistency and also has a mushy textured. It is such a lip-smacking recipe.
