Make a 2 big ball of dough.
Roll it on rolling board (chakla) with the help of rolling pin (belan). Roll little thick not so thin.
Now, divide it into two parts.
Then apply water on the edges of it and make cone shape.
Fill potato filling in that cone with the help of spoon.
Then stick up the edge, press them and seal it.
Samosa is now ready for deep frying.
Heat enough oil for deep frying in Kadai or pan.
Add ready Samosas's in the pan.
So, finally Samosa is now ready to enjoy with hot cup of tea or chutneys.
