Take one whole Pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small cubes.
Take a pan and add oil, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in it.
Then add garlic and onions in the pan.
Add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, dhania powder and salt to taste.
Now add chopped Pumpkin in the kadai.
Add Kashmiri Lal Mirch and amchur and garam masala.
Mix it and cook it for a while.
Now mash it with spactula and cook it for while.
Simple and Easy Pethe ki sabzi is ready to enjoy with hot chapati.
