Ingredients

Ingredients for boiling Macaroni

  • 2 cups Macaroni Pasta
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 glass Water

Other Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped Capsicum
  • 1 chopped Carrot
  • 1 chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Red Chilli Powder)
  • 1-2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Oregano mix
  • 1 tsp Balck Peppar
  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Boiling Macaroni Pasta

  • Heat a Pan and add 4 cups of water. The amount of water should be double of pasta.
  • Add 1 tbsp of salt in it. Let boil the water.
  • After that add 2 cups of macaroni in it. Stir it well otherwise it stuck on the bottom of vessel.
  • When the macaroni feel soft it means its done. Now its time to wash it with tap water.

Making of Macaroni Pasta

  • Heat a pan. Add oil and garlic in it.
  • Add onions. Cook it until it turns golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes. Cook it until oil is oozing out of masala.
  • Now add chopped Capsicum and carrots in it. Don't overcook the veggies.
  • After that add salt to taste and red chilli powder. Mix it well
  • Add 1-2 tbsp of Soya sauce in it. Add 2-3 tbsp of water along with sauce.
  • Add boiled pasta in it. Also add oregano mix, kitchen king masala and black peppar in it.
  • Give it a good mix and also garnish it with fresh dhania leaves (coriander leaves).
  • Masala Macaroni is ready to enjoy in any time in a day.
