Heat a pan. Add oil and garlic in it.
Add onions. Cook it until it turns golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook it until oil is oozing out of masala.
Now add chopped Capsicum and carrots in it. Don't overcook the veggies.
After that add salt to taste and red chilli powder. Mix it well
Add 1-2 tbsp of Soya sauce in it. Add 2-3 tbsp of water along with sauce.
Add boiled pasta in it. Also add oregano mix, kitchen king masala and black peppar in it.
Give it a good mix and also garnish it with fresh dhania leaves (coriander leaves).
Masala Macaroni is ready to enjoy in any time in a day.
