Masala Macaroni has one of the best flavors that we Indians make by adding their Indian masalas to make Macaroni Pasta even more flavorful. Indians love spicy and extra flavors on their plate. They just want a blast of flavors in their mouth that’s why Savoury Chaats are invented in India.
They always adjust the spice level whenever they find light flavors in their food. The same thing happened with Pasta, we just want our own Indian Masalas in Italian Pasta and start making it the Indian way. So, all I am trying to say is, that I am not sharing an authentic Italian Macaroni Pasta recipe but an Indian-style Pasta.
In this Indian Style Macaroni is prepared with desi masalas, a lot of veggies, and some sauces. I was familiar with this Macaroni Pasta when I was a kid and has some nostalgic memories of Macaroni.
I remember that I went to a birthday party in my neighborhood and her mother made this Macaroni Pasta that was the first time I tried a Macaroni. The flavor of that Macaroni was so good and still remember the flavor of that Macaroni. I still try to make that taste of the Macaroni but it is hard to make that same flavor. That’s why we said that it is hard to copy the food flavors because every person has a different style of cooking.
Here I am sharing a very simple and delicious recipe for Macaroni that you can enjoy any time of the day. This macaroni is also a good option for a lunch box. The good thing about this macaroni is that it is loved by every age group. You can add a lot of veggies to make it healthy and tasty.
