Take Fresh Malai in the vessel (Kadai) and add wheat flour in the Malai. Stir continously make sure there are no lumps.
Stir in small intervals around 35 minutes.
After that you can notice ghee in Malai.
Keep Stiring after 35 minutes malai wheat flour mixture turns little brown and the amount of Desi Ghee is increased.
Then strain all desi ghee in steel container.
Now add 1 cup of milk in that mixture. Stir it.
Now add Kesar (Saffron) in it. Mix it well.
When it turns brown then add sugar in it.
Stir it in small intervals until the milk in the mixture is completely dry that means it's done.
Now take it out in plate let it cool.
When it's cooldown then take small part of mixture in the palm make small flat balls. Garnish it with chopped almonds.
Finally Malai Peda is ready.
