Heat a pan and to add ⅓ cup of desi ghee.
When desi ghee is all melted then add 1 cup of Maize flour.
Stir continuously on low-medium flame.
After 7-8 minutes, it changes the color into brown.
Once the color of flour changes, Now, it's time to add water in flour.
Then add elaichi (cardamom) in it.
Stir it on low flame.
Add ½ cup of sugar in the pan.
Mix it well, and lastly, add chopped almonds on it.
Now, Maize Flour Halwa is ready to serve.
