Firstly, wash and let it dry in sunlight or in air.
Then chop it in 1 inch.
After that heat a pan and add 1 cup of mustard oil.
When oil is completely hot then add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder in it.
Along with turmeric add chopped bhindi (Okra) in it.
Then let it fry on medium flame. Stir it in small intervals.
After that add sliced onion and green chilli in the fried Okra.
Mix it well.
Now, it's time to add 1 tbsp of dhania powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Mix it well leave it for 5 minutes.
Now, Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready to serve with hot Chapati.
