Ingredients

  • 500 gm Bhindi (Okra)
  • 1 cup Mustard Oil
  • 3 Sliced Onions
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Sliced Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dhania Powder
  • Salt (as per your taste)

Instructions

  • Firstly, wash and let it dry in sunlight or in air.
  • Then chop it in 1 inch.
  • After that heat a pan and add 1 cup of mustard oil.
  • When oil is completely hot then add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder in it.
  • Along with turmeric add chopped bhindi (Okra) in it.
  • Then let it fry on medium flame. Stir it in small intervals.
  • After that add sliced onion and green chilli in the fried Okra.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now, it's time to add 1 tbsp of dhania powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix it well leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Now, Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready to serve with hot Chapati.
