Firstly, drain and chop 500gm florets. Diced 3 potatoes with the help of a knife.
Then heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil in it.
Add cumin seeds in the pan.
Add 1tbsp of ginger-garlic paste in the pan. Stir it for few seconds.
After that, add 1 cup of spring onions. Mix it well.
When the onion is cooked after 1-2 minutes then add ½ tbsp of red chili, ⅓ tbsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder and salt (as required).
Mix it for 3-4 minutes, Once tadka is ready then add diced potatoes and chopped cauliflower (Gobi) in the pan.
Mix it together for 5-7 minutes.
Then cover the lid of the pan for 25-30 minutes and stir it in small intervals and make sure that the potato or gobi (cauliflower) is not stuck on the bottom of the pan.
When Potatoes are cooked then add green chilli on it, which gives a spicy and delicious flavor.
Aloo-Gobi is now ready to serve with chapati and boondi raita.
