Ingredients for Dough of Kulcha
- 300 gm Maida (All purpose flour)
- ½ tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil or butter
- Salt to taste
- enough Water for dough
Ingredient for Kulcha stuffing
- 2 Boiled mash potato
- 1 chopped onions
- 1 chopped green chilli (optional)
- 1 tsp Dhania powder (coriander powder)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Kasturi methi
- 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
- salt to taste
Firstly knead a dough for kulcha by using all the ingredients and leave it for atleast 30 min.
Then boil a potato and mash it well and then add all the spices into it.
Mix all ingredients together. Now dough and stuffing both are ready.
Then divide a dough and make medium size balls.
Then roll it softly on rolling board then apply ghee on it and place aloo stuffing.
Roll it again. Now preheat the tandoor and place the rolled kulche in it.
When it turn into golden brown that means Aloo Kulcha is now ready to enjoy with Masala Chole (Chickpeas).
