Firstly peel the baingan and diced it. Put them in the water.
Now heat pressure cooker add 2 tbsp of oil.
Add Cumin Seeds (jeera) into it.
When jeera start popping up then add Chopped onion in it.
Mix it well. Then add chopped green chilli.
Now, add tomato and 1½ tsp of turmeric powder.
Mix it until oil oozing out of the masala.
After that add 1 cup of Hara Chana in the pressure cooker.
Add diced Baingan in it and mix it for while.
Now add 1 tsp of red chilli, 1 tbsp of dhania powder and salt (as per taste),
Add 3 moth dal wadi in it.
Mix it well. Now cover the pressure cooker with help of plate and add some water on it.
Then add 3-4 tbsp of water in it and wait for 1 whistle.
After 1 whistle, Mash it with help of kadchi.
Now the Baingan Chholia Sabzi is ready to enjoy with hot chapati.
