Ingredients

Ingredients for Manchurian Balls

  • 1 cup Finely chopped Cabbage
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Spring Onions
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil (for deep frying)

Ingredients for Gravy of Manchurian Balls

  • tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • ½ cup Chopped Capsicum
  • tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Kitchen king Masala (optional)
  • 1 tsp Black Peppar

Instructions

Method of making Veg Manchurian Balls

  • Firstly, finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, and spring onions in a food processor or in the Plastic handy chopper.
  • Now, add 2 tbsp of Maida (all-purpose flour), 1 tbsp of cornflour, ½ tbsp of black pepper, and salt as per taste.
  • Combine them well and make a thick dough-like consistency.
  • Then take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and make small balls of this mixture.
  • When all balls are ready then kept aside in a plate.
  • Heat a pan and add oil (as required for deep frying).
  • Then add veg balls in the pan and deep fry it.
  • Once all veg balls get deep fry then keep aside in a separate plate.

Method of making gravy for Manchurian Balls

  • Heat a pan, add 1½ tbsp of oil.
  • Add ½ tbsp of Garlic paste, 1 chopped spring onion. Mix it.
  • Now, add ½ cup roughly chopped capsicum and 1 chopped cabbage in the pan.
  • Mix it well. then add 1½ tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp of soy sauce and other masalas in it.
  • Mix it well, and add cornflour in seperate bowl and mix it with water and add it in a pan.
  • Now, add Manchurian Balls in the gravy.
  • Stir it until the gravy of Manchurian gets thick. and veg balls completely observe in the gravy.
  • Veg Manchurian is now ready to serve.
