Firstly, finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, and spring onions in a food processor or in the Plastic handy chopper.
Now, add 2 tbsp of Maida (all-purpose flour), 1 tbsp of cornflour, ½ tbsp of black pepper, and salt as per taste.
Combine them well and make a thick dough-like consistency.
Then take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and make small balls of this mixture.
When all balls are ready then kept aside in a plate.
Heat a pan and add oil (as required for deep frying).
Then add veg balls in the pan and deep fry it.
Once all veg balls get deep fry then keep aside in a separate plate.
