  • 1 cup Sabudana (Sagu)
  • 4 Boil Potato
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Black peppar powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Firstly soak a sabudana (sagu) for 2 hours in the lukewarm water and then drain it in the bowl.
  • Then boil a potato.Now, peel the boiled aloo and cut them.
  • Then add some masalas in the and soak sabudana in it. Give it good mix.
  • Now make tikki (patty) of the mixture and place it on hot pan.
  • Fry it until it turns into crispy golden brown.
  • Once it turns golden, that means it is ready to serve with tamarind chutney or with curd.
