Sabudana Tikki Recipe
How to make Sabudana Tikki for Vrat
- 1 cup Sabudana (Sagu)
- 4 Boil Potato
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Black peppar powder
- Salt to taste
Firstly soak a sabudana (sagu) for 2 hours in the lukewarm water and then drain it in the bowl.
Then boil a potato.Now, peel the boiled aloo and cut them.
Then add some masalas in the and soak sabudana in it. Give it good mix.
Now make tikki (patty) of the mixture and place it on hot pan.
Fry it until it turns into crispy golden brown.
Once it turns golden, that means it is ready to serve with tamarind chutney or with curd.
