- 1 cup Corn Kernal
- 1 tbsp White Butter
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano masala
- Salt to taste
Rinse the sweetcorn with tap water then boil it for 5 minutes.
Now heat pan and add boiled Corn and then add 1 tbsp of white butter in it. Mix it well.
After that, add all the spices in the pan but you should always add salt at last.
Then squeeze few drop of lemon on it. Mix it well.
Masala Corn Chaat is now ready to serve hot and enjoy.
