  • 1 cup Corn Kernal
  • 1 tbsp White Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano masala
  • Salt to taste


  • Rinse the sweetcorn with tap water then boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat pan and add boiled Corn and then add 1 tbsp of white butter in it. Mix it well.
  • After that, add all the spices in the pan but you should always add salt at last.
  • Then squeeze few drop of lemon on it. Mix it well.
  • Masala Corn Chaat is now ready to serve hot and enjoy.
