Ingredients

  • 4 Kairi (Raw Mango)
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp Bhuna Jeera (Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder)
  • ½ tbsp Kala Namak (Black Salt)
  • ½ tbsp Kali Mirch (Black Pepper)
  • Salt (as per taste)

Instructions

  • Firstly, peel the skin of raw mango or kairi and roughly cut it.
  • Now, add 2 glass of water in the pressure cooker and add cut raw mango into it. Wait for 1 whistle.
  • When kairi (raw mango) is completely cooked then add 1½ cup of sugar in it.
  • Blend it well.
  • After blending, strain it.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of Bhuna Jeera (Cumin seeds), ½ tbsp of Black pepper, ½ tbsp of Black Salt, and salt to taste.
  • Mix it well, transfer into different bottle and store it in cool and dry place.
  • Serve it cool by adding some ice cubes into it.
