Firstly, peel the skin of raw mango or kairi and roughly cut it.
Now, add 2 glass of water in the pressure cooker and add cut raw mango into it. Wait for 1 whistle.
When kairi (raw mango) is completely cooked then add 1½ cup of sugar in it.
Blend it well.
After blending, strain it.
Now add 1 tbsp of Bhuna Jeera (Cumin seeds), ½ tbsp of Black pepper, ½ tbsp of Black Salt, and salt to taste.
Mix it well, transfer into different bottle and store it in cool and dry place.
Serve it cool by adding some ice cubes into it.
