Take a Soya Chaap Sticks from fridger and put in hot water till Soya Chaap Stick is easily come out from the stick (you can also boil Soya Chaap)
After coming out from stick then chopped soya chaap into dices and take a bowl put 2-3 tbsp of thick curd, 4-5 tbsp of refined white flour (maida), salt, chili powder, half tbsp of dhania powder, kasturi methi marinate it for 40-45 minutes
After marination, take a pan to add a little bit of vegetable oil and heat up until Soya Chaap changes the color into golden brown
Heat a pan to add 2-3 tsp of vegetable oil
Add finely chopped onions, garlic, green chili into the pan, mix it well
And the add sliced onion into the pan, mix it
After 4-5 minutes add 1tsp red chili, ½ tsp of turmeric.
Add 1 cup Cream and 1 tbsp of Schezwan Chutney
Add salt as per your taste.
Mix it well until oil oozing out of the masala
Now add a shallow fried Soya Chaap into the masala and sprinkle Kasturi methi and garam masala. mix it well.
Now your soya chaap is ready to serve with Naan, chapati(roti), Lacha parantha.
