Firstly, you have to prepare a thick dough of maida or (All-Purpose Flour).
Then make small balls of dough and roll it in the flat surface with the help of belan.
Then cut it with help of small katori.
When it's done, then make hole in the raw papdi with help of fork. That hole help in making papdis otherwise your papdis turns golgappe.
Heat enough oil in the pan for frying.
Now, add papdis in the pan. Deep fry it.
Cool it down at room temperature. It makes papdi more crispy.
Now, Papdis is ready for assembling.
