Heat oil in the pan.
Add ½ tbsp of Jeera (cumin seeds), and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste in it.
Then add 1 cup of finely chopped onions in the pan. Mix it.
When onions are cooked then add 1 cup of tomato puree in it.
After that, add ½ tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of dhania powder and ½ tbsp of turmeric powder in the pan.
Mix it well. Add Kasturi Methi and salt in the pan.
Add 1 cup of Matar and cover the pan for 7-8 minutes because Matar (peas) takes little time to cook.
When Matar (Peas) is perfectly cooked the add ½ cup of fresh cream (Malai) and 250 gm diced Paneer in it.
Mix it well. Add ½ cup of water in the pan.
Stir it until the water is soaked in the gravy and the gravy becomes little thick consistency textured.
