Take 1½ cup of Maida (all-purpose flour) in the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of Corn starch and salt (as per taste).
Then add 1 tbsp of oil.
Now, add water in it, knead well and make a soft dough.
Cover the dough for 15-20 minutes.
After 15-20 minutes, make four balls of the dough with the help of your hand palm.
Now, place 1 dough ball on the rolling board and roll it in round shape.
Kept aside that rolled sheet, take another dough ball, roll it in the same manner. Then apply oil on that sheet with the help of a spoon or with your hands.
Place each rolled sheet on another. Roll both sheets together as big you as you can.
Heat a Tava or fry pan and place rolled sheets on to it.
Bake it on both sides. In this process, you can notice that both sheets are getting separated naturally.
When it is done, separate it. Now spring roll sheets are now ready.
