You can serve this Sabudana Tikki with a hot cup of tea or you can also serve it with Tamarind Chutney, Coconut Chutney, or with curd (Dahi). Personally, I like it with Tamarind Chutney.
Sabudana Tikki is a pan-fried Tikki that is easily prepared with minimum ingredients. The main ingredient of the Tikki is Aloo and Sabudana (Sago). Sabudana (Sago) is white in color and looks like a pearl. There are a lot of dishes that are made with Sabudana like Sabudana Vada, Sabudana Thepla, Sabudana Kheer, and many others. The first important step you have to keep in mind before making of Sabudana Tikki is that you have to soak Sabudana (Sago) is lukewarm water for at least 2 hours that will make Sago soft, if sago is not perfectly soft then it ruin the taste of Tikki and it will make it hard to chew Sabudana.
