But here I am sharing Besan Malai Kofta. It is a quick recipe of Malai Kofta and also has a tempting taste.

Whenever a surprise guest arrives at the time of lunch or dinner and you have nothing special to serve then you can make this quick and easy Malai Kofta recipe. I didn’t say that it is a restaurant-style Malai Kofta or creamy gravy Kofta. This is a simple homecooked and tasty recipe for Malai Kofta.

This Malai Kofta needs very limited ingredients but make sure you have Kasturi Methi because it is an important ingredient of this recipe. This will help in enhancing the flavor of Malai Kofta. The very first step for making this recipe is to take a bowl and add besan, fresh cream (Malai), and some spices. Make a dough then simply make small balls of that dough and deep fry it. After deep-frying, make Curry for Kofte then add fried Kofta balls in the Curry and let it boil. Quick and easy Malai Kofte is now ready to serve with hot chapati.punjabi-style-malai-kofta
